The Study On The Risk Management Method Of Engineering Project And Its Application

The article combined with the modern risk management theory to the hydropower projects'features and practices in our country , raised the conception of the hydropower project risk management and designs integrated project risk management model. From the point of investors, the article designs engineering project risk assessment index system and builds an engineering project risk assessment model on Fuzzy mathematics integrated method to solve the problem of engineering project risk assessment, using example to explain the possibility of the engineering project risk assessment. And based on the distinguishing and judging of the risk on hydropower project, the article discusses the theory of decision making of risk management in the hydropower projects, designs the model of the risk management decision in the hydropower project.
