With the swift development of economic globalization, a large number of international corporations have been spawned, international trade growth rapidly, and international logistics also thriving. International logistics is not only the guarantee of trade, but also"The Third Profit Source"of economic globalization. In recent years, China's international logistics industry is developing rapidly, but the majority of logistics enterprises is still in the stage of extensive operation because of their late start, lack of management experience. Lean management thinking is helpful to change the concept of local enterprises, improve the operational efficiency. Therefore, the focus of research is how to apply lean management thought to multinational logistics enterprises.Starting from the theory of Lean Logistics, the author stated the basic theoretical foundation of Lean Logistics Management which focuses on the characteristics of lean organizational structure and the key point of implementation of Lean Logistics Management. It is in order to pave the way below. The thesis analyzed the international logistics and transnational the characteristics of logistics enterprises, as well as the use of the advantages of Lean Logistics Management. And then, from a theoretical point of view, the author combined the analysis of earlier text and statement on how to set up Lean Logistics Management System, as well as the effect of assessment method. Finally, a Lean Logistics example was made on the use of multinational corporations showing the practical value of Lean logistics management from a practical point of view...
