Due to changes in market demand, the gradual shrinking of the traditional voice business, the market competition of telecommunications industry extends to value-added business gradually. At present, the domestic value-added business has become a major focus of competition in the telecommunications industry. To explore the value of a business development strategy suiting the actual conditions of China is an important issue which the telecommunications industry must be thought about.As the leading enterprise of Jiujiang district telecommunications trade, it possesses the very important meaning to explore out a vocational work operation model that is fit for local characteristic, which forms the new vocational work development increase point of enterprise, and promotes enterprise nucleus competition power with going on the development ability.This paper is based on the theory of modern enterprise marketing strategy management, and conducted the research to the Jiujiang telecommunication increment service developmental strategy. In this paper, from the macro-economic situation, market competition and technology development. We explore the internal and external Jiujang telecommunication enterprise environment. Then based on the telecommunications market, combining the statement of competition, use SWOT to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of Jiujiang telecommunications who develops value-added business, and the opportunities and challenges who face the market. Based on these the analysis, there is a comprehensive discussion for the value-added business development strategy of Jiujiang telecommunications. We can draw a conclusion: Telecom should strive to integrate all aspects of internal and external resources, and build a sound win-win industrial chain. In addition, this paper also considers a few important factors that may be encountered and some of the major issues, and put forward their own ideas for the solution.
