China Telecom has experienced a variety of reforms, mobile value-added services has also undergone a lot of changes. In recent years, after the experienced another restructuring of the telecommunications, the3G license issuance, and the triple-play proposed pilot. The strict sense of speaking, the3G business is not specifically for its technology business, but to upgrade the2G era of mobile business platform channel, so that the original business products something to the features and applications which can not be achieved, can be realized after the upgrade. In2009, the national triple play made the business applications and functions on the mutual penetration, and the common development of the broadcasting and the telecommunications enterprises in one. The "triple play" of the program is the first pilot, and then based on the progress in full swing. For radio and television enterprises and telecommunications enterprises are the gospel because of the urgent need to reform the broadcasting and telecommunications. However, as time progresses, in2012, the pilot of the "triple play" did not bring much change to the telecommunications value-added services. I want to bring great benefits with the reform further,"triple play" policy will give China Telecom mobile value-added services, and the whole industry chain.Current operations of the papers through the course of development of China Telecom mobile value-added services, historical background review, analyze problems in their current, combined with China Telecom value-added services, value-added service industry environment, and China Telecom, the analysis of external competitors experiences. Model introduced using a variety of competitive strategy:differentiation strategy of’customer-centric" to be taken in the context of triple play telecommunications. Planning and competitive strategy of the Telecom mobile value-added business, to analyze the choices made implementation of competitive strategies to make specific safeguards.
