At first, the thesis introduces the state of development of the local economy and the telecom industry in the years after the telecom reform. According to the company faced developments, the thesis discusses the necessity and importance of customer relationship management from both customer resources and market competition, and discusses the role of corporate governance. Then, from aspects of the management mechanisms, management depth and breadth of management, this research analyzes the current status of customer relationship management of enterprises and thus, in accordance with a client-centered guidance, the thesis systematically made to improve customer relationship management methods and approaches. These include corporate culture ideas, and management mechanisms, customer information management analysis, the specific services means, etc. Finally, the paper introduced the technologysolutions of the customer relationship management -- the concept of "CRMsystem ". Aiming at the characters of telecom industry and the company feature, this research tells us how to build a CRM system by the principles, methods and procedures.
