Study On The Effect Of High-tech Industry Knowledge Spillover On The Development Of Equipment Manufacturing Industry

The knowledge spillover as a specific form of technology advancement on the shift and the proliferation of industries is curial for the economic growth and the industrial development. Especially under the intense environment of the current technical competition, there is not only commonness but also potential difference in the technology and products between high-tech industry and equipment manufacturing industry, which created the possibility for the knowledge spillover. It is important for the transformation of equipment manufacturing industry that study on knowledge spillover between high-tech industry and the equipment manufacturing industry and take full advantage of the positive effect of high-tech industry. The way of study on the knowledge spillover between the high-tech industry and the equipment manufacturing industry is how to effectively use the knowledge spillover of high-tech industry to transform the equipment manufacturing industry, improve the advancement of equipment manufacturing industry, optimize industrial structure, enhance own competitive advantage and acquire.Based on the domestic and overseas related literature summarized, firstly this dissertation define the concepts of knowledge spillover, knowledge proliferation, R&D overflow and technical overflow, systematically probe into the process mechanism of the knowledge spillover between the high-tech industry and the equipment manufacturing industry, lucubrate the high-tech industry knowledge overflow conduction way and the overflow effect from aspects of the high technology and new technology industry knowledge overflow characteristic and equipment manufacturing industry absorbance ability. Secondly, elaborated the essences of the knowledge spillover between high-tech industry and equipment manufacturing industry, concluded the main effective factors of high-tech industry knowledge spillover and equipment manufacturing industry absorption knowledge overflow ability influencing factor. After the theoretical analysis, this dissertation conducted the mathematical model of knowledge spillover between the high-tech industry and equipment manufacturing industry depends on the C-D production function thought, and measured seven sub-industry of equipment manufacturing industry by the way of the above model. Finally according to the determination result, this dissertation proposed measures of effectively using knowledge spillover between the high-tech industry and equipment manufacturing industry.
