The Research On Protecting And Utilizing Costal Rural Landscape Resources Of Shandong Peninsula

As the urbanization process gets faster,the construction of new socialist countryside policy has been in operation. The development of Shandong Peninsula coastal urban agglomerations drive its rural industrial structure, and strengthen the exploitation of the rural landscape resources. But the research on rural landscape starts late, there is lack of the standard guidance system. At present, there presents a lot of problems: urban construction model takes the place of rural poetic imagery; rural culture and natural heritage have been destroyed; the rural new enclosure movement has been spread and so on. The rural landscape resources include natural resources and humane resources, contain great value. Rural industrial structure development must utilize landscape resources, but in the process of developing the resources how to protect the landscape resources has been become difficult. Therefore it needs to explore a reasonable planning strategy to promote development of rural traditional landscape resources and protect the sustainable use of landscape resources.In this paper, planning as the main means will be choose to resolve the contradictions in rural landscape resources conservation and utilization of Shandong Peninsula coastal country. This article combines case study and field evidence. Early in the planning, we investigate and summarize natural resources and humane resources of Shandong Peninsula, analyze reasons from land resources, planning management, over exploitation, coastal eco-sensitive in rural landscape resource protection and utilization, and propose solutions from the policy, guidance and differences. Through study, this article brings forward principles about dynamic protection, cultural heritage, local conditions and sustainability, and ultimately achieves the planning objectives of prospective, scientific and distinctive.Lidao town of Rongcheng, as a case illustrates the protection of rural landscape resources planning and utilization in Shandong Peninsula. Firstly, through investigation and analysis information on the landscape resources of lidao town masters the change and the trend of the rural landscape resources. The overall planning divides industrial areas to reduce the excessive aggression of landscape resources. Secondly, the planning will get further study from three fragile landscape resources, such as building settlement, biodiversity, coastline; coordinate the modern and the traditional settlement pattern to heritage the form of traditional architecture; protect and utilize biological diversity to create a sustainable reproduction; plan of coastline function division to satisfy industrial structure and protect the coastline landscape resources, reduce pollution and destruction of the artificial landscape, maintain rural mood. Thirdly,focusing on the tourism industry, a special planning for rural tourism resources will make to protect and utilize local landscape resources.
