Research Of Manufacturing Industry Development In Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration Based On The Awareness Of Conservation Culture

As the leading force of industrialization and modernization, manufacturing plays an important role in optimizing the allocation of resources and changing the mode of economic growth. The development level of manufacturing industry is not only an important symbol of regional comprehensive strength and competitiveness, but also an important mean of promoting the adjustment of industrial structure and the growth of the whole national economy. With over30years of reform and opening-up, China’s manufacturing industry has made remarkable achievements, but the costs of resource consumption and environmental pollution is high. Therefore, it has become a challenge for us to search the ways of coordinating industry development and environmental protection. The conception of conservation culture eases the contradictions of sustainable development of society and economy well.In recent years, by means of location advantages and opening up policy, the economic aggregate and industrialization level of Shandong peninsula increases continually. It plays major role in promoting economic development of Shandong province, and occupies an important position in regional economic development pattern. However the longtime extensive growth mode has brought huge resource consumption and worse natural environment. Therefore, how to pay attention to the development quantity and speed at the same time, lay stress on the quality and efficiency of development, and realize a win-win situation in economic development and environmental protection is the urgent task for Shandong peninsula to develop manufacturing industry.In view of the important status of conservation culture and manufacturing industry in Shandong peninsula, this article analyses ways of developing manufacturing industry under the requests of ecological rule and sustainable development through methods like literature retrieval, data sorting and qualitative analysis. On this basis, this paper studies the overall situation of manufacturing industry development of Shandong peninsula, including descriptive analysis of economic aggregate and internal structure, and the specific analysis of the eight cities; probes into the eco-development of Shandong peninsula manufacturing industry from the aspects of natural resources and environment; summarizes the constraints extensive development mode has brought to the development of manufacturing industry in Shandong peninsula. Then, according to local natural conditions and socio-economic development status of the17cities in Shandong, this paper firstly selects18indicators from a wide range covering natural resources, social and economic development, and environment conditions, and builds a conservation culture index system. Next, standardizes the values of all indicators and calculate the sub-indices of conservation culture in three dimensions, economic and social structure, resources and environmental function, and coordination degree between human and nature. Then, weights the three sub-indices, comprise the conservation culture index of each of the17cities, and assesses their conservation culture development levels. Finally, based on the assessment and grading of conservation culture development levels of the17cities, puts forwards some corresponding countermeasures to integrate social, economic and ecological development, promote development of manufacturing industry and upgrade the conservation culture development of Shandong peninsula or even the whole province.
