With the development of the market economy, the number of shareholders is increasing. The rise of stock groups has not only expand the enterprise capital, improved corporate culture, promoted the establishment of the modern enterprise system and accelerated the political reform and democracy and the law system, but also seen an increase of income and property of residents and the proportion of middle-class social structure, and has a good impact on the harmonious social relation.However, due to the limitations of social conditions and lack of market experience and other reasons, there are still some problems of stock groups in the degree of rationality, will and personality.In order to promote the development and expansion of stock groups and give full play to their economic and social role, investors should be concerned about the cultivation of personal health. Especially in the current global financial crisis, investors suffer a major impact from the situation so that the healthy development of stock groups in particular needs support of social systems.Healthy personality of shareholders can be measured from the following three aspects.First, the wisdom, this mainly refers to the economic ration. The second is the will, mainly referring to the psychological quality whose core indicator is the capacity of frustration tolerance, in addition to the independence and courage. Thirdly, ethics where shareholders can be extended to serve as moral and civic rational citizens is also a crucial criterion.Stock character of the community to support the healthy development of the system is a very complex social systematic construction, which needs to integrate with the education market, politics, cultural and social organizations.This article is divided into eight parts: the first chapter of this article discusses the research background and significance of topics; ChapterⅡis review of the relevant documents; ChapterⅢreviewed China's stock market development as the background; ChapterⅣis to define the concepts and research methods; ChapterⅤis the research focus. Its comprehensive use of documents and interviews reveals the meaning of personality health of shareholders; ChapterⅥis the social significance of the rise of stock groups; ChaptersⅦandⅧwere the social support system and Countermeasures of the current problems.
