In the context of the era of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",my country's innovation and entrepreneurship has developed rapidly.Young people are the protagonists of innovation and entrepreneurship,as well as the main force and core group of national economic and technological development.The society pays more attention to the economic benefits and social value that young entrepreneurs can produce,but their survival,mental health,and difficulties faced in the process of entrepreneurship are rarely paid attention to Social support services for young entrepreneurs,etc.The needs of this aspect have not been met either.Therefore,in order to promote youth innovation and entrepreneurship and help them increase their entrepreneurial success rate,it is also necessary to strengthen services for youth,pay attention to the needs of entrepreneurs for material support,emotional support,and information support during the entrepreneurial process,and in the grassroots social services Provide assistance to entrepreneurs.This research is guided by the theory of social support,and uses two research methods: participation and observation and interviews.The QC social organization service center provides support services for young entrepreneurs to conduct reflective research and explore how community work is in youth The application of social support for entrepreneurial groups.First of all,through the analysis of the needs of young entrepreneurs for social support,it is found that young entrepreneurs have the problem of limited sources of funding in terms of material support;in terms of emotional support,there are problems in which psychological pressure cannot be effectively alleviated and there are fewer opportunities to interact with the opposite sex;In terms of information support,there are problems such as the difficulty of guaranteeing the quality of training activities.Second,the QC Social Organization Service Center taps young entrepreneurs' own advantages,integrates resources in the community,and links resources outside the community to provide young entrepreneurs with material support services,emotional support services,and information support services.Through this service provision,the external support of the young entrepreneurs group has increased,which is manifested in the satisfaction of material support needs,emotional support needs,and information support needs to a certain extent;the increase in the internal linkages of the young entrepreneurs group is specifically manifested in the awareness of group mutual assistance Promotion,the maintenance and expansion of interpersonal relationships among groups,etc.However,there are also certain limitations in the process of service provision,which are reflected in the degree of repetition in the content of social support,some of the services are not effective,the inability to provide continuous services,and the lack of professionalism in social organizations.Finally,Propose response strategies from the aspects of enriching the content of social support services and enhancing the professionalism of social organizations.
