Industrial relations deprive from industrialization and marketization. During the transition from agricultural society to industrial society, from planed economy to market economy, industrial relations are becoming the most basic and important social relations, taking the place of traditional agricultural relations. However, industrial relations lose balance and lead drastic conflict because of capital preference in the government-leading transition and rule absence. In order to settle this problem, using the method of quantitative research, the thesis mainly discusses the current situation, characteristics, influences, future trends of industrial conflicts from the perspective of social risks, social transformation and social justice in the method of document study. Finally, the author put forward some coping strategies. At present, China's labor dispute cases and the number of the workers involved in labor dispute is increasing. As the most important cause of collective behavior in China, industrial conflict has put the safe operation and coordinated development of our society in danger. There are some traits on industrial conflicts in transitional China, such as different types of labor dispute, economic but not political concerns, more right disputes but less interest dispute, non-subversive solving measures, non-organizational rights-defending, aggravating crisis of trust, and so on.With the advance of industrialization, marketization and urbanization, a large number of rural surplus labor will move to the private enterprise; the government's preference for capital is hardly adjusted in a short time; the strong employers are lack of awareness of law and social responsibility; vulnerable workers' rights awareness and ability of rights appealing strengthens; and society is lack of effective mediation mechanism for labor dispute. These factors lead to the high risk of labor conflicts in China's private enterprises. If not handled properly, industrial conflicts are likely to intensify and induce other social risks, and further evolve into a social crisis. As a social risk, industrial conflict not only threat the stability of social order and social structure, but also induce other social risks, such as distorting social stratum structure, widening gap between the rich and the poor, delaying the process of urbanization, sharping conflicts between masses and cadres, leading to the mentality of hating the rich, inducing sense of injustice and deprivation, and so on.In my opinion, the policy-maker should strengthen the system construction and adjust labor policy accord to the basic concept of social justice. And only so can industrial conflict in transformational China be solved properly. In particular, the government should restrain the barbaric expanding of employers and increase the capacity of workers to cope with risks. In addition, the government should play its role in labor relations and strictly observe its rule of activity, preventing industrial conflicts move to the political sphere. Finally, the policy-maker should cultivate the employers' and employees' ability of solving their conflict, improve the collective bargaining system, "tripartite system", and mediation mechanism of industrial conflicts, and establish strike system with Chinese characteristics.
