This paper is to design a B2B E Procurement system based on the characteristic of Voss automotive (Jinan) Co., Ltd. We can see the three developing steps of E-commerce as: E-sales period, E-trading period, and E-marketplace period. At the first period, the knowledge to E-commerce are still very less, and the only impression is huge knowledge and information. This advantage is apply to commercial area as internet sales or called E-sales. Amazon is good sample. With more and more knowledge about internet and E-commerce, the Procurement side are more and more involving in. Through comparing the diffirent advertising price, and inquiry from internet, the Procurementr can gain a low cost. This is the second period, and the best sample is VerticalNet. The third period is E-Marketplace, the representative is CommerceOne and Ariba. That is the trend of the developing of E-commerce.The major content of this paper:1. The importance for Voss to build up the E-Procurement system, and to design the practical E-Procurement plateform based on the reality.2. Deep anylasis of B2B E-Procurement, and structured a system of B2B E-PProcurement system, which is divided by three modules : Procurement applicatioin module, Procurement approval module, and Procurement management module. Then, a detailed introduction of those modules and how they are working together.3. The research to transfer those knowledge to the market application and market promotion.This paper will be helpful to the small-medium size enterprises to apply for E-Procurement system.
