Research On The Plant Management Of DongTan Coal Mine

Plant management are an important and indispensable component of the coal mining enterprises, it is an important guarantee for improving production facilities and enhance the efficiency. Dongtan coal mine is designed for four million tons of large-scale state-owned enterprises with coal mining and washing processing-oriented, part of Yanzhou Coal Mining. After 20 years of development, Dongtan mine accumulated a lot of valuable experience on plant management. In the new situation, the enterprises to participate in market competitions, the original method of plant management is no longer suited to the needs of enterprise development, and some even have impeded the further development of enterprises, there is an urgent need to improve its equipment management.In this paper, Firstly, giving the plant and plant management concept, introduction of the basic tasks of management and content, from the system point of view introduces the plant Management on the basic theory and methods, it is emphasized that plant management are one species of the entire process, all-round, full participation in the scientific management.Secondly, combining the author's practical work, introduction of the Dongtan plant management status, including: plant management organizations of Dongtan; early plant management and post-management of plant. From life-cycle theory point , analyzed the status quo and get the question of its existence: such as backward on management tool; organizations are not reasonable; lack of scientific and rational on plant management system; lack of technical support means on economic management of plant; lack of right way of plant running progress; supply of spare parts is not timely etc.To existing problems, according to the trend of the future development of enterprises and the new requirements of plant management, this paper from the organization, personnel management, technology, economic management, department and other relevant aspects of the problem ,points out the corresponding improvements: in accordance with the characteristics of the enterprises, plant management organizational should be structure for matrix; set up the plant selection of the comprehensive evaluation model; improvement planning process of plant; inspection of equipment to carry out the procedures of management; improved decision-making equipment. As for plant, pre-management and post-management are the most important to improve equipment management, and need for strict control of its various segments.
