Research On The Life Cycle Cost Management Of The LS Company Plant Protection Drone Project

Plant protection drones can effectively improve work efficiency and improve safety.Under the background promoting agricultural modernization in China,the plant protection drone industry has developed rapidly.However,in the project management of plant protection drones in China,the awareness,means and technology of cost management are relatively backward,and the lack of syste matic scientific management methods and models restricts the development and effective utilization of plant protection drones in China.Based on the analysis of the whole life cycle theory and the theory of cost management,this paper analyzed the current situation of cost management of LS plant protection drone project and studied the feasibility of full life cycle cost management in the project.Based on the system theory,this research obtained the relevant data and information of the company and industry plant protection drones,analyzed the current situation of plant protection drone project cost management,analyzed the problems existing in the project life cycle cost management,and from the project Starting from the process,the overall structure of the plant life insurance UAV life-cycle cost management system is designed for the problems in cost management.Firstly,this research analyzes the problems existing in the LS plant protection drone project with the whole life cycle cost management as the analysis framework,including four aspects: lack of systematic cost management system,unreasonable budget system,insufficient cost control,and lack of effective cost incentive system.In response to these problems,it is recommended to implement a full life cycle cost management method to improve project operational efficiency and reduce operating costs.Secondly,based on the overall structure,this paper constructs the LS company plant protection drone full life cycle cost management system from the two dimensions: the project cost management process and cost management guarantee mechanism s.The cost management process includes cost budgeting,costing,cost analysis,cost control,and cost assessment.The safeguard mechanism includes organizational stru cture,system construction,and information systems.This paper studies the whole process cost management of plant protection drone project from the perspective of life cycle,builds a whole process cost management system,and draws on the advanced cost management concepts and methods of developed plant protection drones.This could help the project to save costs,reduce resource consumption,optimize costs,and enable LS project to achieve greater profit and business value.At the same time,it also provi des reference for other companies in the same industry.
