At present,many public institutions are reforming as enterprise whose most of prominent questions is the compensation's reform. Initially, due to the complex relationship among the personnel, the main purpose is coordinated and drove to each kind of personnel on new environment.In order to solve this problem, this paper will focus on the Group L of restructuring enterprises to pay the initial coordination incentive system as the example of Group L which the author involved in the item of compensation consultation.This paper takes the compensation incentive and coordination in initial stage of L Group's reform as research object by combining theory with practice, providing a reference to other enterprises which will build a system of compensation incentive and coordination. Firstly, of all papers reviewed at home and abroad related to salaries, incentive theory, expounded the theory related to the establishment of coordinated system of salary guide. Secondly, the Group L pay distribution, status of staff members were introduced; and pay for staff satisfaction surveys; used SWOT analysis in the early restructuring of the pay status of a full diagnosis, in order to find out the salaries of coordination Incentive Provide the basis for key reforms. Thirdly, on the view of system based the pay system with important influence in the corresponding sub-system reform, such as to establish a reasonable system of control, job evaluation system, as well as performance appraisal system. Finally, in accordance with the actual restructuring of the early and establish a reasonable coordination Incentive pay system. Data show that the reformed system can pay all types of staff coordination Incentive.Coordination Incentive program have been targeted on the basis of empirical research in this paper. This paper's methodologies are some similarities to other institutions and have a reference.
