The modern commercial bank is such the financial enterprise that has the comprehensiveservice functions. Its business object is financial assets and liabilities, and its management goal is tomaximize the profit. The trend of the economic globalization will affects the enterprise of ourcountry more and more profoundly,which will aggravate talent competition in theenterprise.Compensation management is the most important part of the enterprise human resourcesmanagement. Also, Compensation system is the most important part of the governance structure ofthe modern commercial Bank. Whether the enterprise Compensation system is scientific or not,which will impact on the enterprise development tremendously.The important work in the enterprisehuman resources management is to establish a scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism andplay it’s best incentive effect, which can attract and retain talents for the enterprises, and can createa highly efficient and stable staff team. All of these can realize the sustainable development of theenterprise.In recent years, China’s commercial bank have undertaken active exploration in the area ofthe mechanism construction of the Compensation incentive. But due to historical and institutionalfactors etc, our country’s commercial bank construction in the incentive mechanism has not reallyobtained the substantive breakthrough in deep level.From the Compensation and incentive theory, this paper first analysis the commercial bankCompensation incentive mechanism and reveals its present actuality and problem of the China’slisted joint-stock commercial bank.Then summarizes foreign mature Compensation incentiveexperience. Finally, based on the foreign relatively mature Compensation incentive experience andthe present actuality of the Compensation incentive mechanism in the China’s listed joint-stockcommercial bank, I have put forward some suggestions for improvement.The full text is divided into six parts, the first chapter is the introduction in which I mainlyintroduces the research background, significance of the subject, the present research situation athome and abroad,the research methods and research ideas. In summarizes the predecessor research,I put forward the innovation of this paper.In the second chapter of this paper I first involves severalconcepts, then introduces the main incentive theory. In the theoretical part I introduces themanagement theory and the economic incentive theory which can provide the theoretical basis forthe empirical study in the later.In the third chapter, I have analyzed the short-term and long-termCompensation incentive present situation of our country non-state-owned listed joint-stockcommercial bank. And based on the9listed bank sample data, I have made a Empirical research about the short-term Compensation incentive mechanism of our country’s listed banks,and havecomprehensively analyzed some exist problems of our country non state-owned joint-stockcommercial banks.In the fourth chapter,some successful Compensation incentive experiences of theforeign commercial bank are summarized, and these experiences can help to provide some valuablereference for the development of our bank Compensation incentive mechanism.The fifth chaptercontains some policy suggestions of this article.Based on the foreign relatively mature incentiveexperience, and the present situation of the Compensation incentive mechanism in our country listedshareholding commercial banks, I have listed some suggestions for improvement.In the end, I havesummarized the results of the study.
