| Aging industry is a new, integrated industry, its maturity and development marks civilization's level and social progress of a country, and it is the inevitable development trend of human civilization. It is the need to cope with the challenges of the aging of the population, and for promotion of optimization of the industrial structure and the implementation of the strategy of sustainable development, this is a very necessary. As one of the core cities of the old northeast industrial base, the aging of the population is relatively serious in Shenyang. The author tried to find the development direction of Shenyang ageing industry through the analysis to development status, problems and impact factors, and to do something for the gradual improvement of the ageing industrial of Shenyang city and the adjustment of industrial structure of the old industrial base.In this paper, he author introduced the research status of ageing industry at first, and put a new perspective into the connotation of the concept of ageing industry, and introduced Aging Industry development status of Shenyang City, told the far-reaching significance of Shenyang City Ageing industry development on three aspects including the market supply and demand, labor and employment, readjustment of the industrial structure. In this paper, the "diamond model" of Michael Porter was applied to the study of the Shenyang aging industry development. This paper analyzed affecting factors of the aging industry in Shenyang from the following six areas: the factors of production, demand conditions, related industries and support the industry's performance, corporate structure and strategic competitors, as well as opportunities and the role of the government, and explained the linkages and role between the six elements, then found out various problems existed in the development of Shenyang City's aging industries ,finally raised the corresponding solutions. |
