The Research On Region Difference Of Factors Of Aging Industry Development In Our Country

The population aging is a big difficult problem which the world all faces. China entered the ageing society at the end of 20 century. One of important solutions internationally recognized to solve the aging problems is developing aging industry. For our country, the aging industry as an emerging industry has the very strong comprehensive nature, the complexity and the particularity, and we lack experiences both from theory and practice. The aging industry research in our country started later, although research results are quite abundant, the questions to be worth discussing have many. This paper attempts to discuss the factors which affect the aging industry development in our country from the region angle, and boldly devises the way of our aging industry coordinated development, which taking the population aging region difference as an entrance, and taking the region aging industry policy as an end.This paper utilizes the industrial economics, the regional economics, the demography, the sociology and other correlation knowledge, on the basis of the literature material method, both qualitative and quantitative way, the paper uses the full and accurate material and argument to launch the elaboration. The paper altogether divides four chapters, the first chapter introduces the population aging prominent characteristic and the fast development tendency in our country, and proposes that the population aging is the development agent of the aging industry, it urgencies our country to develop the aging industry. The second chapter introduces overall present development situation of the aging industry in our country and emphatically analyzes the aging industrial development region difference, then analyzes the factors which affect the aging industry development, mainly including the market factor and the policy factor, finally proposed that these factors also have the region difference. The third chapter discusses the region difference in market factor of the aging industry in our country. The fourth chapter elaborates the basis of the aging industry policy of our country needing disparity, on the foundation of the aging industrial policy experience in Japan, and concept how the aging industry policy of our country disparities.This paper draws the conclusion through the research: first, region difference of our country population aging degree and aging population scale are obvious, these differences will long exist. Second, the region difference of aging market demand also is the objective existence, which is unable to change in short-term, and inevitably affects the aging product supplies, finally causes the non- coordinative development of aging industry. Third, the region difference of aging industrial market capacity decides that non- coordination development of aging industry has its rationality, but in the development view of serving human and constructing harmonious society, we cannot neglect the aging industry development in undeveloped area. Fourth, the aging industry policy, as "a hand with eyes" may guide and coordinate the aging industry development. Formulating the suitable aging industry policy is the foundation, and region policy innovation is the key.
