Study On In Trust Issue Of C2C Electronic Commerce

E-commerce has become an important component of the Socio-economic, it lead to more and more attention. It has virtual and information asymmetry and other characteristics, which are different from the traditional trading patterns, and its credibility problem is the prominent entities in the market. The large numbers of people participate in C2C e-commerce , the large frequency of transactions and access easy and all these bring artificial trading and impersonation and contract fraud and a variety of illegal activities. Integrity risks have become an obstacle to consumers and a key factor in online shopping. Therefore, the research of this mode of C2C trading Integrity risk has more great significance.In this paper, mainly through questionnaire survey method and FAHP and game theory make research on C2C model of integrity risk areas and formation mechanism and minus mechanisms to avoid and so on. We make the analysis of integrity of the risk from static information to incomplete dynamic information by game theory and bring the game model under the supervision of the government,which play a useful reference on the construction of credit system of e-commerce.The main research results are as follows:1.In this paper, through the network survey and literature survey we make analysis of the integrity risk areas under current transaction mode of China's C2C and five major risk factors: business,commodity,site,environmental and personal,and set up the integrity of the indicator system for the first time .2.For the first time ,this paper applies the FAHP to ensure the payment function in the game theory, the transaction integrity to the game or not under the C2C model depends mainly on the five major risk factors and use FAHP to combine these factors to form the transaction's probability.3.Bring the transaction probability to completely static information, and make analysis by game theory under complete and incomplete dynamic information.Balanced by the game results: the size of transaction probability and authenticity are an important basis for both parties,and the introduction of relevant case notes.under incomplete information, we bring forward this innovative concept to the transparency of informationθ(1≥θ>0), a very good solution to the transaction of this rate-distortion problem..4.Based on the above study ,we put forward countermeasures to avoid the risk: enhance the probability of both transactions and enhance the transparency of information and so on.. This paper make analysis of C2C trading Integrity risk by a variety of game theory, and put forward countermeasures to avoid the risk, provide the traders to a reference for quantifying at the transaction process, At the same time ,put forward countermeasures to build the credit system construction and management for reference in e-commerce for the government.
