Evaluation System Of Safety Culture In Coal Mine

The coal is the principal energy in the industry production in our country, effecting the economy and social development in China. However, the frequently serious accident of mine has caused the seriously personnel casualty and the economic loss. By analysis of the reasons for high incidence of accidents in coal mining enterprises, we found that they lack a completed system of construction in safety culture. Therefore, strengthening the safety culture to coal mining enterprises in our country is imperative.Based on the purpose of strengthening construction of safety culture in the coal mining enterprises, this article unified the structure of the enterprise security culture, the present situation and the characteristics of coal industry, constructed the more completed evaluation index system of safety culture for coal mining enterprises. The whole system includes four aspects, safety material culture of coal mine, safety system culture of coal mine, safety behavior culture of coal mine and safety concept culture of coal mine. And then, in accordance with existing standards, norms and available information for each target, it carried out analysis and the explanation.First, at the basis of the evaluation index system of safety culture established at coal mining enterprises, the article established a target weight for the evaluation of safety culture of coal mining enterprises by the use of AHP. Second, it researched comprehensive evaluation of safety culture model at coal mining enterprises and described the steps of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in detail. Finally, it used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of safety culture to carry out valuation for current situation of Liuzhuang mine, and made a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the evaluation. Through the evaluation and analysis of mine, it pointed out that the current culture of safety problems in construction and put forward improvement measures. The Evaluation results accorded with the actual situation in the mine that verified operability and rationality of the evaluation system.
