As the main energy in our country, it’s coal that has played an important role andinfluence to our country economic and social development. Along with the major workplaceaccidents of the coal mining enetrprises caused serious casualties and huge economic losses，the completed culture of safety construction system has become more and more important tocoal mining enterprises. So the evaluation index system of coal mine enterprise culture ofsafety has gradually been accepted and approved by the coal mining enterprises, mainlybecause it provides effective countermeasures to prevent the happening of the accident. Atpresent, the development of, the coal mine enterprise safety culture construction in our country is stillin its infacy, especially the establishment of evaluation index system of coal mine enetrprisesafety culture and the selection of evaluation methods on imperfect, which will greatly limitthe coal mine enetrprise safety culture construction. Therefore, in view of the evaluation indexsystem of coal mine enterprise safety culture research has theory signiifcance and the timesigniifcance.This paper based on enterprise safety culture and relevant characteristics of coal mine,making a expound to the related theory of the enterprise safety culture and its assessment, atthe same time the the evaluation of coal mine safety culture and its index system in detail,which laid the foundation to build a more complete evaluation index system of coal mineenetrprise safety culture. Secondly，based on the theoretical content of constructing evaluationindex system mentioned above, taking advantage of the coal mine safety culture evaluationindex system, which making up with four aspects including coal mine safety material culture,behavior culture of coal mine safety, the system of coal mine safety culture and coal minesafety culture to build the4ifrst class indexes and22second class indicators, and then use theAnalytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to reach the conclusion that the weight of indicators at all levels. At the same time establish the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of coal mineenetrprise safety culture by using fuzzy evaluation model. Finally, making a survey about thepresent situstion of the coal mine enterprise safety culture construction in Matigou coal mine, thenaccording to the survey.date of the mine to do analysis combined with quantitative evalutionin order to points out the problems existing in the coal mine safety culture construction andputs forward the corresponding improvement measures. The evaluation results correspondwith the mine actual situation, which prove the importance of the evaluation system.
