Research On Competitiveness Of Huainan's Private Enterprises

After the great development in the 10 years recently, now the private enterprises of Huai Nan have already grown up,and play the more and more important role in the city's economy. But the Huai Nan private enterprise has a short time of development . Many enterprises are short of necessary capital, human resources and material resources and short of potential development aftereffect. Facing the difficult environment , it is a very important realistic meaning task that we should study the Competency of private enterprises.Competitiveness analysis is one of the major analytical methods in economic theory. A thorough study on the competitiveness of the private enterprises of Huainan under a scientific analytical frame can help the enterprises develop by providing some useful means and ways.The thesis has 5 parts altogether. It uses the method of combining qualitative and quantitative and carries through positive analysis about the competency of private enterprises. Chapter 1,introduction, it introduces the study background, meaning and domestic and foreign literature summary, as well as the study objectives, methodology and framework, the main contents of the article and innovation. The second chapter gives the concept development course of private enterprises and expatiate the concept of competency, and introduces the theory of"the diamond model". Chapter 3, analysis on the current situation of Huai nan's private enterprise using"the diamond model", and we can get the conclusion that the private enterprises have quick rate of rise, strong economic, but it also has the low technology ,the small size. Compared with Ma'anshan , Tongling , Wuhu it still has a certain disparity. Chapter 4, quantitative analysis on competitiveness of 12 Huainan's private enterprises by the tool of"SPSS". Chapter 5, suggestions to promote competitiveness of Huainan's private enterprises. It must consolidate superiority profession, develop essential profession, cultivate characteristic profession, constructs and expands the six big colony. At last, it summarizes the study of the article and gives the future about this field.
