This research focused on cognitive style effect risk decision-making in less and more information-situation. It includes two experiments. The first experiment is focused on cognitive style effect risk decision-making in less information-situation. It used 2(cognitive style: independent and dependent cognitive style)×2(sex:female and male)×2(frame task:gain and lost frame task) mixture design. Cognitive style and sex are Between-Subjects factors. Frame task is Within-Subjects factor. The score of risk decision-making is dependent variable. The results showed that : in the situation of less information, main effect of cognitive style and frame task are significance. Field-Indepedendent subjects have more risk preference than field-depedendent subjects. The lost frame has more risk preference than the gain frame. The second experiment is focused on cognitive style effect risk decision-making in more information-situation. It includes two steps, the one step used 2×2 Joint determinant table, the other one used 2(cognitive style: independent and dependent cognitive style)×5( based on factor:factor one and factor two and factor three and factor four and factor five ) mixture design. Cognitive style is Between-Subjects factors. factor is Within-Subjects factor. The results showed that : in the situation of more information, the relation of cognitive style and risk decision-making are not significance. Cognitive style do not effect decision-making in terms of factors of important evaluation. In the end , we know that the number of information can moderate cognitive style to effect risk decision-making.
