Study On The Forestry Sustainable Development And Dynamic Analysis Of Forest Resource In Wuhan

Today,the forest classification management and the forestrysustainable development is basic guiding principle of the Chinese forestry development.With the rapid development of the national economy,how to improve human living environment become Chinese urban construction and rural development urgent needs.Wuhan as a national resource-saving and environment-friendly society building comprehensive reform pilot area,which the require on the environment building is new and higher. Therefore,by using the continuous forest inventory data,analyzed the current status of forest resources in Wuhan and its reasons for changes,evaluated the forestry management effectiveness objectivly and accuratly,predicted the forestry development trend,explored the sustainable forestry development strategy and measures,it is the important guiding significance for Wuhan to found a country of Wuhan Forest City macroeconomic decision making,speed up the economic development and promote the environmental construction.The amount of the existing woodland area in Wuhan City is 12.82 million hm~2,the forest area is 11.48 million hm~2,which accounted for 89.53%of woodland area,forest cover is 21.72 percent;the amount of the total growing stock is 451.02 million m~3,the forest stock is 413.14 million m~3,which accounted for 91.6%of the total volume. Wuhan's Protection forest is to the largest share,followed by Timber forest,Economic forest,special-use forest,and Firewood forest.Which's the amount of area in the Protection forest is 4.69 million hm~2,the Special-use forest is 1.84 million hm~2,the Timber forest is 2.98 million hm~2,the Firewood forest is 0.015 million hm~2,and the Economic forest is 1.94 million hm~2.The proportion of young growth forest is to the largest,followed by middle-age forest,close to mature forest,mature forest and over-mature forest,which's the amount of the area is 5.36 million hm~2,3.02 million hm~2, 0.97 million hm~2,0.19 million million hm~2,amd 0.01 million hm~2.As for the forest stand structure,the coniferous forest,broad-leaved forest,mixed conifer forest and bamboo forest,which's the amount of the area is 6.76 million hm~2,3.99 million hm~2,0.63 million hm~2,and 0.09 million hm~2,the forest area proportion respectively accounted for 58.89%, 34.80%,5.52%,and 0.78%.During the four forest managers From 1985 to 2006,which's the percentage in forest cover increased 21.72 percent from 9.20 percent,28.54%increased in woodland area, 73.73%increased in forest area,206.34%increased in forest stock.Which's the amount of the area in Protection forest,the special-use forests,and the Economic forest increased 44796hm~2,18032 hm~2,12539 hm~2,the timber forest and firewood forest area reduced respectively 26116 hm~2,and 543 hm~2.The ecological forest area rose from 3.79 percent in 1985 to 56.93 percent in 2006,the commercial forest decreased from 96.21%to 43.07%.As a result,the forestry species structure tend to the rationalization.The amount of forest area in Coniferous forest,broad-leaved forest and bamboo forest increased by 14523 hm~2,34029 hm~2,668 hm~2,the Mixed conifer forest area decreased 514 hm~2.The amount of the forest stock in Coniferous forest,broad-leaved forest,and mixed conifer increased 1878391 m~3,774550 m~3,129810 m~3.However,the area of pure forest in the coniferous forest and broad-leaved forest in each period is too large,and the mixed forest area in the period is too small,the tree structure need to adjust.The amount of the area in the young forest,the middle-age forest,the close to mature forest,and the mature forest increased by 16818 hm~2,9442 hm~2,8069 hm~2,1825 hm~2,the forest volume increased by 1376582 m~3,522054 m~3,716883 m~3,163466 m~3.The forest area proportion of each age is imbalance,which the small-aged and middle-aged forest area is too large,the mature forest area is too small.Therefore,the forest age structure need to be improved.The average per hectare of forest volume of three years in 1985,1999,2006 period was 20.41 m~3,35.26 m~3 and 36.00 m~3.The same as before,the forest quality need to be further improved.Taking the opportunity for Wuhan to establish country forest city,analyzed from the urban economy fast development aspect,the human occupies the environment improvement aspect and the forestry sustainable development aspect,the Wuhan territory space landscape characteristic from inside to outside may divide three ecosphere levels, namely low mountain hill ecosphere,hillock plain ecology industry circle and city suburban area landscape circle.In the mountain hill area,which the key point is to display forest many kinds of benefits,to realize the ecology and the industrial balanced development;In the plain area,which the key point is to protect the ecology land quantity, to perfect the forest networks and water resources,to construct the green homeland;In the central city,which the key point is to creat the rational distribution,to increase large-scale forest Green island,to enhance the urban three dimensional green forest quantity,to promote the city ecological environment improvement.
