Study On Dynamic Of Forest Resources, Services And Sustainable Development Of Forest In Enshi Prefecture

Forest resources are linked ecological, social, economic unity of the three key benefits and link. Dynamic changes of forest resources help to understand the mechanism of changes in forest resources and causes, more reasonable in the regulation of the structure of forest resources, protection of forestry sustainable development and local economic development planning and environmental policy-making, have important guiding significance. Enshi is located in the Wu ling Mountains and is in an important position in Hubei Province circle of eco-cultural tourism. In this paper, mainly based on 21 years of statistical data of forest resources, in statistics, gray system theory and sustainable theory, on the dynamic changes, developmental trend and services of forest resources was discussed, for the sustainable development of Enshi important scientific basis for decision-making.study the following:Analysis of the reform and opening up to the present Enshi dynamic changes of forest resources. Results suggest, the total wealth of forest resources, forest resources, area and volume increased, but less per capita forest resources, forest resources, poor quality, irrational structure, productivity is low.Construction of the gray system theory of non-forest resources such as spacing GM (1,1) model, for some time in Enshi key indicators of forest resources to predict the results suggest, in 2010 an area of forest land predictive value (1348.8257-14.9720) 103hm2, forest stock volume per unit area was significantly increased.In the light of forest ecosystem services assessment of standards in Enshi Prefecture forest ecosystem services were assessed, results showed that Enshi annual value of forest ecosystem services is 42.626 billion yuan, GDP is the total value of the state that year (24.918 billion yuan) of 1.71 times, animal husbandry and fishery output value (8.943 billion yuan) of 4.77 times, the local financial revenue (4.052 billion yuan) of 10.52 times.Identify a advantage and disadvantage for the sustainability of forest resources in Enshi prefecture, and proposed countermeasures for sustainable development of forests.
