Study On State-owned Forest Resources Dynamic Change And Influencing Factors In Heilongjiang Province

The state-owned forest resources in Heilongjiang Province is an important part of China’s forest resources, it not only plays an irreplaceable role to maintain the diversity of biological resources and to ensure the forest products supply, but also has an important role in promoting the country’s forestry construction and socio-economic development. To analyze the dynamic changes of forest resources is helpful to grasp the changing trends of the quantity, quality and structure of distribution of forest resources, and offer support to forest resources management decision-making. Foreign scholars start earlier and research more on the dynamic changes of forest resources, and often combine qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis extensively; the research on dynamic changes of forest resources in China is relatively late, lack of quantitative study, and the quantitative research on the factors that cause small area forest resources dynamic changes is more lacking. Therefore it is of great practical and guiding significance to draw on the research of the dynamic changes of the state-owned forest resources in Heilongjiang Province and its influencing factors, based on the research achievements of scholars both at home and abroad.This article first gave a statistical analysis of large amounts of data collected, found out the changing trends of the state-owned forest resources in Heilongjiang Forest Industry Region, and pointed out the existing prominent problems of the state-owned forest resources. Then took the research achievements of scholars on influencing factors that caused the change of forest resources as theoretical guidance, took forest production, wood production and other factors into consideration, which haven’t been considered by predecessors before. Follow the principles of scientific and reasonable to select woodland area, the per capita gross domestic product, the total number of population of the region, timber production, the affected forest area, making Tending area, investment in forest, natural forest protection project and the Grain for Green Project as indicators of the influence factors, then build the regression model, using the SPSS statistical analysis software to analyze the relevant indicators, and came to the following conclusions:The forest areas and afforestation tending area play a positive role in changes of forest resources number; the total regional population and affected forest area constitute a block to the improvement of the number and the quality of forest resources; affection of the investment in forest resources can not be ignored; implementation of forestry policy on forest area and growing stock have a significant positive correlation. Finally, proposed countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of state-owned forest resources in Heilongjiang, according to the results of the quantitative analysis and practical problems existing in forest area.
