Demands For Innovative Services Of High-tech Enterprises

With the development of economic globalization and the emergence of a knowledge-based economy, science and technology has increasingly become a key area to promote the fundamental driving force of economic development. Innovation capability of high-tech enterprises is a determinate factor for the quality of a regional and urban economic growth and competitiveness. High-tech enterprises can not be separated from the construction and development of innovation environment, innovation and good business environment is conducive to technological innovation capabilities and advantages of the process of industry concentration.This paper takes Nanshan District of Shenzhen as an example, combined innovative city-building background, trying to investigate through the high-tech enterprises to understand the region's scientific and technological innovation, specifically analyzed the high-tech enterprises in scientific and technological innovation on the demand for related services, to explore the "bottleneck" problems in development aspects of scientific and technological innovation of high-tech industry in Nanshan District, so as to improve the service levels of Nanshan District Government, and optimize the environment for innovation and development to provide a scientific basis for decision making. The main conclusions include:(1) Demands for services are diversified for Innovative high-tech enterprises. In this study, innovative services of high-tech enterprises will be divided into eight dimensions, policy, technology, capital, infrastructure, government services, intermediary services, human resources and information; and described the different types and different stages of development, the demand for high-tech enterprises in the service of specific distinction.(2) At present, supply of innovative services for high-tech enterprisesare still deficient and inadequate in Nanshan Distric. According to a questionnaire survey and field interviews with feedback, we found that at this stage in the Nanshan District, innovative high-tech enterprises, there is still a demand for services and lack of defects, these defects are mainly embodied in science and technology funds and scattered small-scale; the effectiveness of tax incentives was not obvious; risk investment and capital market system defects; talent shortage stamina; innovative platform for the construction of the imperfect and so on. (3) Nanshan District Government can optimize the environment for scientific and technological innovation to improve service quality, and enhance the innovation capability of high-tech enterprises. Based on existence of defects in the supply of innovative services found at this stage, combined with the local industry and characteristics of the development of the industry, the research gives suggestions such as adopting innovative services to take a differentiated strategy, improving the environment and so on with a view to improve the quantity and supply quality of services.
