Study On Technology Resource Arrangement Based On Entrepreneurial Opportunity

The entrepreneurship research has made a great progress since it was gained attention in 1980s. By now, the entrepreneurship research is going on along with the way contained in Timmons model. The entrepreneurship begins from the opportunity identification and exploration based on certain resources. Entrepreneurs coordinate the resources to facilitate the opportunity identification and exploration in the highly dynamic process. The emergence of technical entrepreneurship makes the arrangement of technology resource an urgent problem to study. In the article we talk about the arrangement of technology resource from the view of entrepreneurial opportunity. Rethinking and criticizing the positivism methodology leading the entrepreneurship research ever before, we discuss entrepreneurial opportunity deeply and seriously with critical realism. The article put forward a relationship between structure and agency based on critical realism and elaborates the sources of entrepreneurial opportunity. Defining the entrepreneurial resources and technical resources, we discuss the technical entrepreneurship based on resource-based theory. The new technical venture may choose opportunity-oriented strategy or resource-oriented strategy in terms of different source of entrepreneurial opportunity. Then the new technical venture may carry out manner of organizing technical resources internal and external or excavating resources available to arrange technical resource for entrepreneurship need.
