Research Of The Impact Of Resource Integration Way, Resource Integration Capability On Entrepreneurial Performance

Currently our country advocates entrepreneurship to achieve better, fasterdevelopment in economy. Many universities open courses about entrepreneurshipaiming to advocate and guide students to venture. Entrepreneurship can solveemployment issues, ease social conflicts, maintain social stability, stimulate theeconomy and improve GDP. Along with entrepreneurial practices in the worlddeveloping，more and more researchers begin to pay attention to the entrepreneurialresearch inside and outside the country. Because entrepreneurial research is an newinterdisciplinary study field. The result of entrepreneurial research comes from varietyof academic fields and base on different theories. Because of the above reasons, theconclusion is not very uniform. Among them, the effect of resource integration way toentrepreneurial performance is an important topic for study.The key factor to the difference of entrepreneurial performance is the resourcesand resource’s heterogeneity owned by ventures. Because new venture is lack ofresources. How to make use of resources and choose appropriate way to integrateresources is very important. Based on the Resource Based View and CompetenceTheory of The Firm, the research regards resource integration capability as moderatorvariable and construct the model about how the resource integration way affectsentrepreneurial performance.At first, after reading and studying related literature of resource integration andentrepreneurial research, we extract and purify basic researching elements.They areresource integration way, resource integration capability and entrepreneurialperformance. Then, this paper give them definitely definition and new dimension.This paper divides resource integration way into two dimensions, resources cohesionway and resource coupling way and divides resource integration capability into twodimensions, resource construction ability and resource utilization ability. Andconstruct the mode of the resource integration way, resource integration capability andentrepreneurial performance. Based on the theoretical analysis, this paper putsforward some hypothesis, and then takes advantage of the SPSS17.0to do theempirical analysis of the received351valid data. Based on empirical analysis, thereare seven right hypothesis. We find that: both resources cohesion way and resourcecoupling way have a positive effect on entrepreneurial performance; both resource construction ability and resource utilization ability can adjust the relation betweenresource integration way and entrepreneurial performance. Finally, this paper drawsconclusions and discusses the results of the analysis, sets forth this paper’ssignificance of theory and practice, and puts forward the future prospects.
