Research On Entrepreneurial Resource-based Entrepreneurial Opportunity Exploration And New Venture Performance

With the changes in economic structure and rapid development,China's economy is in a critical node that is shifting from labor-intensive to technology-intensive.As technology-intensive companies become more and more influential to the national economy,technology-intensive entrepreneurial activities are becoming more frequent.At the same time,for start-ups,especially newly-created enterprises,the foundation of entrepreneurial resources is the starting point of entrepreneurship and the key to the growth and development of entrepreneurial enterprises.In reality,a large number of technology-intensive start-ups are often unable to achieve significant development due to shortages of entrepreneurial resources or unreasonable distribution.How does the academic community influence the entrepreneurial resource base on the entrepreneurial performance of technology-intensive enterprises and whether there are other effects?The factors did not give enough attention.This paper focuses on technology-intensive start-ups,selecting three elements of entrepreneurial resource base,entrepreneurial opportunity development,and entrepreneurial learning that have a significant impact on their performance.Through empirical analysis,we study the impact of the three on the performance of technology-intensive startups.Put forward hypothesis,and use empirical analysis method to take technology-intensive startups in Beijing,Guangdong,Henan and other regions as the survey object,and finally collect 203 valid questionnaires,and use SPSS 22.0 analysis and analysis data to verify the hypothesis and draw conclusions.,from the foundation of entrepreneurial resources to the study of entrepreneurial performance links.The empirical results show that for technology-intensive startups,the first is to verify the role of the resource base in its performance.The data results show that the direct impact of human,financial,management and social network resources on performance is significant,while the knowledge resources are The direct impact of performance is not significant.Second,verify the impact of entrepreneurial opportunity development on its performance.The data results show that both innovative and imitative opportunity development can positively affect its performance.Third,it verifies the development of entrepreneurial opportunities in resource base and performance.It played a mediating role.Fourth,it verified that two different entrepreneurial learning plays a positive role in regulating the resource base and opportunity development.The research in this paper expands the research areas of entrepreneurial resources and entrepreneurial opportunity development,and enriches the theory of technology-intensive enterprise entrepreneurship.In practice,it can effectively guide the decision-making of technology-intensive startups and how to improve the decision-making process through learning,and provide theoretical basis and practical suggestions for improving enterprise performance.
