Research On Pattern And Countermeasures Of Open Independent Innovation In Numerical Control Industry Of Liaoning Province

Along with the acceleration of economic globalization, completion for market in fierceness and the rapid development of technology,it will increase the R&D costs if companies still take closed innovation as their R&D strategy.Furthermore,under closed innovation some new technology and inventions are usually ignored because companies can not give feedbacks quickly to the new outside changes. So open innovation pattern is a very important research field and of great significance for upgrading of industries. The paper is the new program that is put forward just under this background and objective.On the basis of literature, the paper firstly tries to deeply study on the concept and character of open independent innovation by using the theories of open innovation combined with independent innovation. Then, based on the mainbody and resource acquisition of innovation, the paper establishes two kinds of pattern and mechamsm of open independent innovation. Moreover, according to the newly changed innovation environment that Liaoning Numerical Control Industry faces, the paper deeply analyzes and researches on the external strategic environment and internal existing resources by using the methods of academic and practical study.According to the analysis above, the paper figures out that Liaoning numerical control industry should choose the suitable innovation pattern,that is,cooperative R&D open rnnovation.Furthermore,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions :Firstly, to set up a socialized industrial chain system with consumer and providers. Secondly, to set up an international innovation network with enterprises-centered and the cooperative innovation of industry,university and research institute.Thirdly,to set up the amalgamation mechanism of technological resources coordinate by governments and agencies.Forthly,to set up a better investment financing system and implement the strategy of intellectual property ;last but not the least,to improve internal innovation mechanism for effectively utilizing the external resources. Finally, form an international open independent innovation system to enhance independent innovation capability of Liaoning numerical control industry.
