Japan's enterprise education and training is not only as a part of human resource, but also a part of the enterprise staff's social welfare, which has been always given more attention from Japan's enterprises.During the Meiji Restoration, Japan's enterprise education and training had been taken shape. After the Second World War, in order to revive the economy, Japan kept on introducing new management concepts, and combined it with its own national conditions, resulted in a unique Japanese business management style which was consisted"three big magic weapons"of the lifetime employment system, the seniority sequence system and the enterprise union. The Japan's enterprise education and training was one of the most important parts of this kind of business management mode.In the postwar initial period, Japan's enterprises adopt the lifetime employment system, when the staff started to enter the enterprises until retirement, subjected to different forms at different stages of education and training. To the rapid development of the economy during 60-70s in the 20th century, the trade and industry made dramatic changes in Japan's enterprises which paid more attention to the internal management of enterprises, the idea of ability principle management which had been introduced from Europe and the United States started to take root in Japan. It advocated to carry on the appraisal according to individual ability and the achievement to the staff, the enterprise education and training paid great attention to enhance the staff's individual ability which was linked with their pay and promotion.Entering the new century, in the tide of economic globalization, Japan has started a new round of industrial restructuring, accordingly, enterprise business management mode has also undergone a profound change,the lifetime employment system begins to collapse, enterprise education and training is also in transition. Originally parts of the enterprise"internal"education and training turn outside of the enterprise, business-oriented education and training market is also taking shape. Japan's enterprise education and training is forming the"internal enterprise education" and market-oriented education and training coexist.In the economic, industrial and social development process, the Japan's enterprises education and training is shaping, developing and changing with the changes in enterprise business management mode. This article focuses on the developments and changes of Japan's enterprise education and training, describing and analyzing it from laws and regulations evolution, needs of economical industry development, business management mode and multiple points of view, attempts to demonstrate the ever-changing, three-dimensional Japan's enterprise education and training, updates on understanding of it in China academic. At the same time, the article efforts to explore the experiences of Japan's enterprise education and training to find a suitable road of vocational training for enterprises in our country. Although in the political system, economic development level of industry and labor employment system, there are very differences between Sino-Japanese cooperation, the experiences of Japan's enterprises education and training are institution-building reference values to construct the enterprise's vocational training in China.
