| Human resource is the most motile and vital of all the resources and the quality of human resource in a enterprise determines the development of this enterprise. For a modern enterprise who wants to get progress, it should emphasize the exploitation of man power resources. Enterprise training is an important way to resolve the problem of man power resource in a corporation and the quality of enterprise training decides the quality of man power resource for corporations. Corporation training is a systematic project, and if we want to do well in corporation training we must emphasize the construction of the system of enterprise education. Scientific and reasonable institution of enterprise education will lead the enterprise training to a healthy orbit.From the period of Meiji Restoration ,the corporation training in Japan has developed and become stronger gradually and has played a important role in the development of Japan's enterprises. Successful implement of corporation training in Japan resulted from the perfect and mature system of enterprise education institution in Japan. Therefore, studying the history, basic contents, characters, analyzing factors systematically of enterprise training institution in Japan, and researching its role, basic characteristics and common rules, will give us some significant reference and advise for the reformation and development of the enterprise education institution in our country.In the first part of this article, I expounded its research background, study pathway and method, and limited its core concept"the enterprise training system in Japan". It is a overall designation that comprise a series of regulations, prescriptions, rules, institutions, and a series of accustomed modus operandi that collect with Japan's enterprise training practice and affect the practice activities of Japan's enterprise training. It includes two lays: one is from the lay of the government or from the lay of the country, mainly indicating the system that comprise laws and rules made by Japanese government at some given period collecting with enterprise training; the other is the lay of enterprise, mainly pointing the system that comprise a series of rules, regulations, provisions, and idiographic methods that lies in a enterprise and bring great influences to or play a significant role in the practice of corporation education .After confirming the study object, in the second part of the thesis I made a rough hackle to the development of enterprise training system from the period of Meiji Restoration and analyzed briefly the characters and causes of enterprise training institution in Japan on every different period .In the third part of the thesis ,I made a comparatively systematical presentation on some basic contents of Japan's corporation education system from the lay of government an enterprise separately. In the fourth section, I summarized the characters of the corporation training system of Japan and in the fifth part I analyzed the factors that effect its existent. Based on the factor analysis, in the sixth section I gave a comparatively impersonal and candid evaluation to Japan's enterprise training system.In the last section , I reflected on the questions about the enterprise training system in our country and made some conclusion:1.We should strengthen the role played by our government and provided a favorable exterior system surroundings.2.We should reinforce the enterprise's main action in its training and provide a nicer interior system background.3.We should consummate enterprise training's protection system and can provide a favorable system and policy surroundings.4.China's enterprise training should strengthen the training on moral education to the employee and reinforce its individuation construction. |
