In the era of new technological revolution, the high speed of technological development has put forward a more urgent need for humanistic spirit. The comprehensive development of new subjects in higher education also requires the guidance of humanistic values. However,The humanities with the core of "humanities" have encountered the crisis of modernity. The most obvious manifestation is the career development of students majoring in humanities.Occupation is an important carrier of connection between the three people, education and society. The most obvious embodiment of the relationship between education and society is the most direct reflection of talent cultivation. The career development dilemma of students majoring in humanities is not only a personal problem, but also a common theme of talent cultivation. In this regard, paying close attention to the career development of students majoring in humanities is a rational response to the "useless theory of liberal arts".The undergraduate specialty of pedagogy is a humanities specialty with "education" as its direct research object and "human" as its core.It has both general and professional characteristics of Arts, and its student career development has both characteristics of professional development and professional group of liberal arts students, and has rich professional connotation and group characteristics.Based on these considerations, this study focuses on the practical topic of career development for undergraduate students in education, and explores the "wise" transformation of undergraduate education in education.Firstly, this study uses the literature analysis method to grasp the employment and talent cultivation of undergraduate students of pedagogy as a whole, and to sort out the formation track of pedagogy,so as to provide a historical basis for the analysis of current problems.Secondly, through questionnaires and in-depth interviews,we investigate the characteristics and problems in the career development of undergraduates majoring in education. The analysis shows that the problems are mainly manifested in the narrow objective range of career choice, the limitation of subjective tendency and the blindness of mentality;the ability of professional development presents "soft skills" and "hard skills";and the professional value stays at the level of personal interest and falls into the enjoyment type of living existence.Third, based on the analysis of the relationship between specialty and society, market and era,the problem of career development of undergraduate students of pedagogy is a crisis of modernity, which is manifested by the vacancy between talent training objectives and social reality, the deviation between talent training quality and market demand, and the friction between professional responsibility and the pursuit of the times. Finally,we explore the promising path to enhance the career development of undergraduate students in education: Positioning forward-looking targets based on SWOT method. With the help of the cross disciplinary integration mode of "cross discipline, cross field and new occupation",we will open up the big education market and innovate the small educational market.Constructing a through talent training system based on sustainable employment ability.Construct the "professional-market-country" ecological support system with modern service concept as the core.Promote the formation of the society's "education literacy" as the core of the concept of education, with "participatory humanities" instead of "explanatory humanities".Based on the above research, this paper attempts to put forward the concept of "big education" and self-referential operation mechanism of the overall transformation of undergraduate education specialty.
