Study On The Establishment And Management Of Agent System In Aeonlife Insurance Company

Life insurance industry has more outstanding status in modern society, and the main sale pattern of life insurance product is still through life insurance agent in current market. But the phenomena like the good and bad diathesis intermingling in life insurance agent people, misadvise and deceive of the individual agent people and so on, there are many disagreement of the public praise and lowness of the trust degree to the life insurance agent people. Therefore, how to make life insurance agent people possess the properties of high liability, faith and loyalty is the most important problem to the insurance company in their daily marketing and management. In this paper, the author researches the establishment and management of agent system in Aeonlife insurance company in the following aspects:First, through analyzing the origin and development of agent system, the evolution process of the agent system in china was discussed and the role of agent system to rapidly development of life insurance industry was depicted. Then the problem existed in the current agent system and the reasons caused these problem were illustrated in detail;Second, in order to find reference and revelation of modern agent system to our agent system innovation, the life insurance agent system of the developed countries, such as America and Japan, were particular analyzed;Third, according to the actuality and problems existed in the agent system in Aeonlife insurance company, the target and principle of the establishment and management of agent system were confirmed. And the design of agent system in Aeonlife insurance company was listed in five aspects: person selection, cultivated system, salary mechanism, resource configuration and supervised management;Fourth, the method to provide fully ensured measure from five aspects such as person, cultivation, salary, resource and supervision in allusion to the design principle of agent system in Aeonlife insurance company was proposed.In this paper, the problem of current life insurance agent in china and the reasons caused these problem was analyzed. Through using the reference of the modern life insurance agent system in the developed countries, the principle of agent system in Aeonlife insurance company was designed on the basis of analysis on the actuality of agent system in Aeonlife insurance company in details. The referenced opinions and advices of executing the fully ensured measure to agent system in Aeonlife insurance company were provided. All of these contents have theoretic signification and practical applying worth in the establishment and management of agent system in insurance company.
