With the improvement of productivity, the logistics with the integration of transportation, warehousing, distribution and other sectors for the purpose of the lowest cost and maximum efficacy and the internet economy are regarded as new economy and widely referred as the third profit source. In the modern economy, the competition is belonging to the logistics competition and the quality of the logistics directly determines the level of economy of an enterprise, an industry or even a national. Recently our logistics, whoes has been importantly attached, is rapidly growing and is regarded as an important drive of economic growth. Its contribution rate of our national economy is also rising.The distribution center as one of the most complex nodes in the logistic network, is the contemporary system highly integration product.It's effectively unioned the sole transportation, storage, loading and unloading transporting, packing, circulation processing and the informations, by the single function increase, turns to each function the whole increase.Also, concentrated reflection logistics combined effect and level of development.The other says, the allocation center's appearance is a big spanning of the logistics, and it's cause logistics developing to the new stage.With the scale of modern production's expanding and deepening in the enterprises, as well as increase the level of logistics technology, the distribution centers use Automatic Storage widely.The Automatic Storage not only increase the utilization of warehouse, but also makes storage management more scientific. Not only conducive to the storage of goods, also conducive to the picking and other operations runs efficient. Because of this, the Automatic Storage is being valued by more and more enterprises.With the continuously expand and deepen of the production scale and the raising of logistics technology, high-shelf and advanced logistics equipment are being used in distribution center at present. It not only increases the utilization of warehouse, but also makes picking mechanization and automation, not only save a lot of manpower, but also greatly enhance operational efficiency. Because of using computer management, it is better to avoid the loss of the goods.It can be said for nowly, logistics technology and equipment have been perfect in our distribution center. However, the study on optimization of picking has not been attached to people. So the distribution center with lots of the logistics equipments does not make full play to achieve the optimization.So, in this paper, deeply studied on the optimization of picking. Used heuristic algorithms and TransCAD to solve the the shortest picking route for time in Automatic Storage. The followings are the main points.Chapter one, Introduction. Introduced the research background, the purpose and significance, research status and development trends in our country and abroad of this thesis.Chapter two, Overview. Selection of Automatic Storage distribution center operations. First, introduce definition of distribution centers and role, classification. Second, describe the composition of Automatic Storage, and according to seven kinds of forms classification of Automatic Storage. Because of its diversity of classification, widely used in all walks of life, thereby promoting the development of Automatic Storage. And summarize the advantages of Automatic Storage, as well as deficiencies in the development process. Thirdly, detailed analysis of the selection process and principle of operation, then, introduce stacker's movement principles and the speed of parameters. Last, picking model basing on the shortest for time is better than the picking model basing on the shortest for distance to solve the picking of stacker. Therefore, according to the working principle of the stacker, create the picking model basing on the shortest for time.Chapter three, using heuristic algorithm to solve TSP problems.And examples were used to introduce four kinds of usually heuristic algorithm for solving of the process.And analyzed and summarized the characteristics of their own, as well as the scope of application.Chapter four, the existing professional softwares are applied in picking optimization of high rack.(1) Using recent insertion to solve the problem of the stacker picking based on the shortest for time. As one of the heuristic algorithm, the rules of recent insertion are simple and easy to understand, and less time required for the calculation, and in most cases, solution still meets certain requirements, therefore, in this paper used recent insertion to optinmize of a group of Automatic Storage contains six points of the selection tasks, solved to the shorest picking path for time. And by help of Microsoft Office Excel, correlation functions, data capabilities, to simplify the solution process.(2)Using TransCAD to solve stacker selection of work time to the shortest path problem.As the solution of solving the shorest picking path for time with recent insertion, the optimal results only an effective approximate solution in the actual, To solve this problem, this paper used transportation Planning Software TransCAD to solving the problem of th shorest picking path for time.Not only to avoid the other Intelligent algorithms the complexity of programming, but also get the Simulation of The actual shortest picking path.Chapter five, summary and outlook. Summarized the work of this paper and pointed out some questions which need to be studied on in further. The followings are the novelties of this paper.1. By analyzing the working principle of the picking equipments in the Automatic Storage, established the model basing on the shortest picking path for time.2. By changing the parameters between two nodes, used the heuristic algorithm for solving TSP to solve the shortest path for time.3. When used the recent insertion method to solve the shortest picking path for time, used Excel software-related functions to simply the tedious and duplicatible process.4. Apply TransCAD to solve the shortest picking path of stacker for time, and achieve its simulation.
