ABSTRACT:In recent years, with the development of modern logistics technology and automation information technology, automated warehouse has been more widely used. Pharmaceutical logistics industry is also having more stringent requirements for warehousing, logistics efficiency due to its features such as wide variety of goods, quantities of small, frequent storage and so on. Therefore, automated warehouse as an important part of the logistics system, plays a vital role in the field of pharmaceutical logistics. Logistics management level in enterprise directly affects the competitiveness of enterprises, and storage efficiency in the warehouse management is a vital link in the logistics management. In order to manage the automated warehouse in a more effective way and to raise the efficiency, the shelf allocation and the stacking order picking routes are required to optimize, so that the rationality of warehouse layout can be improved. Besides, these measures will help reduce the cost of the handling and storage of goods, and the loss of time and space in the stored and handling procedures, thus reduce logistics costs and increase revenue. Therefore, automated warehouse shelf, distribution and order picking optimization research and propose solutions to the problem. The main contributions of this thesis are as follows.First, the development status of pharmaceutical logistics and automated warehouse are briefly described. Some of the latest research findings of scholars at home and abroad on shelf order picking and distribution optimization are analyzed, and the research direction of the thesis is raised based on the analysis.Second, theories on shelf order picking and distribution optimization in automated pharmaceutical logistics center and other related theories are introduced, including pharmaceutical logistics center concept, functions, characteristics, and management essentials; automated warehouse concept, composition and function, characteristics; and shelf allocation optimization principles, functions, methods, and meaning and order picking optimization, principles, methods, and so on.Then, automated pharmaceutical logistics center storage policy is made as well as storage and goods coding rules in the thesis. According to the storage features of the pharmaceuticals in pharmaceutical logistics center, a warehouse layout is simulated and a shelf distribution optimization model is built, with the objective function of putting high in-and-out efficiency goods near the warehouse exit and putting the medicine in the same kin together. And genetic algorithm is used to solve this multi-objective optimization problem. Then, Jointown pharmaceutical group’s automated warehouse logistics center is analyzed as the object instance, from which more desirable results and simulation images are got. What’s more, a brief analysis on the chosen strategy is made in the thesis, and a mathematical model is built with the target of getting the shortest walking lane of the stacker. According to Ant Colony Optimization method, order picking optimization problem is turned into a traveling salesman problem. And based on the real parameter in Jointown pharmaceutical group Logistics Center, this thesis use the Matlab program to identify the model, and the results display that the algorithm is both efficient and effective. Finally, a summary is made which proves that the research is of great theoretical significance and practical value. The further study and research are look forward to solving the potential problems that the thesis doesn’t state.
