In full-credit business process management of commercial banks, the survey before the loan, loan approval and post-loan management are equally important in the status. Current China Construction Bank has established a customer access, the project access, customer credit ratings, limits approval, loan approval and a series of separation methods and means to ensure the investigating of the loan pre-approval and loan compliance. To strict control the risks in credit before. A series of loan management methods would be inconsistent with the head office of the credit risk preference unified shut out, in order to ensure sustainable development of credit business has played a greater contribution. Then I introduced the post-loan management work is a strategic position in the banks survival and development. Effective post-loan management work can be discover that companies have the potential business needs, to grasp the lifeline of the market economy and business opportunities, to achieve a customer-centric business philosophy, to cultivate customer satisfaction and loyalty. Credit business is still the current core business of domestic commercial banks, so commercial banks in credit risk management is an important aspect of risk management, through the reform and development in recent years, CCB has established a relatively perfect credit investigation and credit pre-approval mechanism, compared good control of the loan before the risk, but the post-loan management work has not been fundamentally improved credit management as a constraint to the weak links in China Construction Bank. I design policies and systems a risk management culture, three-dimensional style of management and employee incentives, to improve the post-loan management of the system design.Chapter V, for the implementation long-term mechanism of post-loan management and to achieve the post-loan management target, the article by raising awareness of risk management, the establishment of parallel operation mechanism, enhance the quality of client managers, improve post-loan management tools and methods, the establishment of specific work categories such as customer management.Based on the above analysis, the article concluded that: the establishment of post-loan management long-term mechanism to trust comprehensive risk management theory. From the personnel, systems, management methods in a bid to establish effective management systems and methods, to improve post-loan management risks awareness, to improve post-loan management personnel professional quality, improve post-loan management system and improve the post-loan management methods to change the status of the weak post-loan management, to improve post-loan management level, to promote the healthy development of credit business-wide processes.
