Organizational identification is one of the important concepts in the field of organizational behavior and social psychology. More and more scholars are like to explain the psychology and behavior of employees who experienced M&A with social identity theory, through the impact of organizational identification on organizational positive and negative factors, the organizational performance can be improved.This paper is divided into three parts: first, the literature research part introduced the concept of entrepreneurial M&A, organizational identification, organizational image, communication climate and organizational behavior citizenship, summarized the theory of related fields, and proposed of how organizational identification influenced organizational citizenship behavior. Second, we adopted multi-method to validate the theory primarily, include empirical study, SPSS statistical analysis and AMOS analysis. At the end of discussion, we presented the final conclusions.The main findings of the research: (1) This research testified in entrepreneurial M&A, perceived organizational identity influence organizational identification positively, moreover, the intermediate role of organizational identification has played in the relationship between perceived organizational identity and organizational citizenship behavior (2) In entrepreneurial M&A, the impact of construed external image on organizational identification is not significant (3) In entrepreneurial M&A, communication climate is an important variable. The intermediate role of organizational identification has played in the relationship between communication climate and organizational citizenship behavior.Based on the combination of theoretical and practical findings, the overall conclusion was made. Also, some suggestions were raised to the companies to enhance management. At the end of the dissertation, some shortage of this research was put forward, as well as suggestions to the future research.
