The Status Quo Of Foreign Aid Training On Edible Mushroom Technology In Fujian Province And The Study Of The Countermeasure

Edible Mushroom Technology for Foreign Aid(for short EMFA) plays an important role, to promote development of edible mushroom in the world, to deep friendship and more understand between China and developing countries, to propagandize and show good international imagine of Fujian,to enhance international exchange and cooperation for economic and technology. The article adopts different method, including interviewing method, documentation method, case study, analytic method and induction. The thesis will analyse both the domestic and foreign of edible mushroom industry and the status quo of the Edible Mushroom Technology for Foreign Aid in Fujian province, then clarify the necessity of Training course on Edible Mushroom Technology for developing countries that is conducted by Fujian province, do the deed and make great contribution, retrospected the history of China'foreign aid. At last, it will point out the main question of edible mushroom technology for foreign aid in Fujian province, they are: edible mushroom industry is unsustainable momentum in Fujian; the capacity and management of EMFA is rather weak , teaching content and form of EMFA is insufficient; the communication ability of administrative staff, their innovative awareness, and collaboration spirit are shortage; the lack of tracking, feedback mechanism doesn't constitute; fierce competition in the same of field; and so on. As to the above mentioned problem, according to the condition of China'foreign aid, make some suggestion, to improve EMFA in Fujian province, follow as :to improve the infrastructure of edible mushroom, establish the system of trace the origin of product, increase the input in science and technology, and strengthen the edible mushroom industry of Fujian province;to foster awareness of our nation, improve our service quality; to enhance the ability of employees, strengthen of Edible Mushroom Technology for Foreign Aid in Fujian province; to establish tracking and feedback mechanism, set up platform for international cooperation and exchange; to establish the group of Edible Mushroom Technology for Foreign Aid, realize shared resource, to promote coordinate development for foreign aid of Fujian; to enhance innovation awareness, exploit the new field of foreign aid. The aim of the article is to put forward the countermeasure of the sustainable development of Edible Mushroom Technology for Foreign Aid in Fujian province.
