Shandong province plays an important role in the market of edible fungi.The edible fungi not only improve agricultural plantation system,but also makes farmers increase their revenue.How to integrate the industrial structure of edible fungi,standardize the rules of fungi farmer,and promote the industrial performance is becoming the theory and practical subject that are necessary to figure out.According to SCP model from industrial organization theory and related data,I will do a systematic research about feature of edible fungi farmers,their cooperation degree and plantation efficiency of edible fungi in this passage.At present,the edible fungi producers in Shandong province are still in the stage of small-scale scattered planting.The high concentration of spatial layout market,serious product homogeneity,high trade barriers and lack of industrial support policies have severely restricted the improvement of the viability of producers.In order to resist market risks and respond to market competition,some edible fungi producers choose cooperative behavior.According to the data of 249 questionnaires from 17 cities in Shandong province,it is found that the proportion of producers participating in horizontal cooperation is 34.94%,and the majority of participating cooperatives are mainly concentrated in 4-10 years.Producers are acquiring microbial sticks and participating.The level of cooperation in technical training is relatively high.The binary Logistics regression analysis was used to analyze the factors affecting the willingness of edible fungi producers to participate in horizontal cooperation in Shandong province.The results showed that the age,sex,education level,annual output of edible fungi,age of edible fungi,degree of specialization,and increase in membership of the sample producers increased.The perception of income has a positive impact on the participation of producers in horizontal cooperation.The analysis of the cost,benefit level and cost-benefit ratio of producers and independent producers participating in horizontal cooperation shows that the production and management behavior of producers participating in horizontal cooperation is higher than that of independent producers;using DEA packets The collateral method evaluates the technical efficiency of the producers.The results show that the comprehensive technical efficiency and pure technical efficiency of the oyster mushroom producers are slightly ineffective and the scale efficiency is more effective.The producers involved in the horizontal cooperation have higher technical efficiency and excellent behavioral performance.For independent production of production households.In order to optimize the organizational structure of edible fungi industry in Shandongprovince,improve the behavior of edible fungi producers,and improve their performance,it is necessary to regulate the cultivation management behavior of edible fungi producers,improve the level and level of edible fungi cultivation;further improve the cooperative organization and improve the use of production entities.The degree of organization;strengthen the implementation of government functions,improve the edible mushroom industry organization optimization policy environment.
