Study On Safety Reliability Of Production Logistics System Of Coal Mine

Production logistics system of coal mine is the basis to ensure normal operation of coal mine production and gain economic benefit. Based on the actual participation in the project and referring to a lot of literature, production logistics system of coal mine is regarded as a complex system which is comprehensively influenced by the factors of man, machine and environment. The thesis conducts safety reliability research based on the three factors and the reliability of man, machine, and environment studied respectively, then model of safety reliability for production logistics system of coal mine is established, and whose control mechanism is proposed as well.Firstly, studying the structure of production logistics system of coal mine, and of which reliability model is putted forward in the thesis.Then, the reliability models for the factors of man and machine based on markov and reliability theory is established, and the calculating formulas are also deduced; the unascertained theory and AHM (Analytic Hierarchical Model) are applied to establish calculation model for reliability of environment factor; comprehensive influence of man, machine, and environment are presented with the help of unascertained theory and entropy weight method.Finally, on the basis of these theories, a practical production logistics system of coal mine reliability has been studied and the safety reliability evaluation information system has also been developed with Visual C++6.0, SQL Server2000 and Matlab6.5,which can be used to analyze and calculate those fault event data so as to get the reliability of production logistics system of coal mine, provide useful information for assisting decision ,and help coal production managers to optimize the allocation of resources ,and ensure production safety.
