Coal as an important nonrenewable resources,but also the driving force of China's economic development.In recent years,with the development of science and technology,the progress of society,the occurrence rate of coal mine safety accidents show a gradual downward trend,but China's coal mine casualties still account for more than 80% of the world.Governments at all levels and the State Administration of work safety through the increase of safety supervision laws,regulations,regulations and other means to restrict the safety of coal production enterprises investment.Of course,the coal production enterprises have gradually realized the production safety responsibility is more than a day,take the increasing resources security measures to improve the process of coal mining in the peaceful.Among them,including the strengthening of staff training,procurement of safety equipment,improve fine management and so on.However,with all kinds of security resources continue to invest,to have one disaster after another coal production enterprises the economic benefits of a tremendous burden,at present,relevant statistics show that small and medium-sized coal production enterprise survival difficult.On the other hand,according to the principle of economics,with security resources,the efficiency of production and operation of coal production enterprises will start with the resources of continuous investment increased rapidly,but when the input of resources to a certain extent,the economic benefit of coal enterprise will appear the phenomenon of diminishing marginal.On the contrary,with the input of all kinds of resources,the production and management burden of the enterprise is increased,and the efficiency of resource allocation is reduced.Based on the above phenomenon,the enterprise managers in order to achieve the allocation of resources in the process of coal production logistics in quality and efficiency,and increase research efforts,optimize the allocation of coal mine safety research including the hiring of professional experts on coal production of all aspects of resources.In this paper,combined with the characteristics of the coal industry,the paper analyzes the influence of the safety resource input on the resource allocation efficiency of the coal mine production logistics system.First of all,through the literature analysis method to study the results of previous scholars,the paper establishes the index system of resource allocation efficiency evaluation of coal mine production logistics system.Secondly,using factor analysis and grey system theory to determine the key factors that affect the safety level of coal mine production logistics system.Then,the paper constructs the evaluation model of the resource allocation efficiency of coal mine production logistics system based on the data packet analysis(DEA).Finally,do the empirical research by the central province,a coal group,in order to verify the rationality and validity of the model,the purpose is the application of evaluation method of performance evaluation for DEA in coal production enterprises in the production efficiency of the allocation of resources in the logistics system.The results show that the quality of the enterprise personnel related to the level of safety degree is 0.6941,the machine equipment maintenance related on the safety level is 0.5554,the mine environmental factors related to the level of safety degree is 0.6110,the impact of business management factors on the safety level of the correlation degree is 0.7264.In addition,the largest investment in a coal group is the redundancy of human resources investment,the level of redundancy is 178 thousand and290 yuan.Mine environmental improvement investment and enterprise emergency management input redundancy levels were 41 thousand and 350 yuan and 81 thousand and360 yuan.
