In recent years, with the steady and rapid development of China's economy and the support of logistics policy,China's logistics industry has developed rapidly, especially for small and medium-sized logistics enterprises showing explosive growth. However,at the same time, the logistics industry also faces many problems, such as low concentration, fierce market competition and high total logistics costs, which lead to low overall efficiency of the logistics industry. For this reason, scholars introduce the idea of supply chain management into logistics service to form logistics service supply chain.Taking the secondary service supply chain as the research object, this paper discusses the coordination effect of supply chain joint contract composed of quantity elasticity contract and revenue sharing contract on logistics service supply chain, which has important theoretical significance and practical application value. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:Firstly, based on the wholesale price contract, the coordination benchmark model of secondary logistics service supply chain is constructed.Under the decentralized and centralized decision-making modes, the ordering models of service capabilities of logistics enterprises in secondary logistics service supply chain nodes are established respectively. The comparative analysis results show that the ordering strategy under decentralized decision-making is too conservative and may not meet the needs of customers, while the ordering strategy under centralized decision-making can maximize the overall revenue of the supply chain. Therefore,it is necessary to design an incentive mechanism for logistics service integrators to increase their orders consciously.Secondly, the quantitative elastic contract model of secondary logistics service supply chain is constructed. In order to encourage logistics service integrators to order shopping flow service capabilities more actively, the quantitative elastic contract is introduced into the secondary logistics service supply chain, and the coordination model of quantitative elastic contract is established.Through comparative analysis,it is concluded that the introduction of quantitative elastic contract can increase the order quantity of integrators and achieve a reasonable state. Finally,an example is used to verify the results.Thirdly, the revenue sharing contract of secondary logistics service supply chain is constructed. After adopting quantitative elastic contract, the uncertain risk faced by logistics service integrators shifts to the upstream of the supply chain, which results in the loss of the expected revenue of the suppliers. In order to ensure the long-term effective operation of the supply chain, revenue sharing contract is introduced into the supply chain to increase the expected revenue of the supplier. The results show that revenue sharing contract can effectively distribute the profits of logistics service supply chain members. This paper studies the coordination of secondary logistics service supply chain and the income balance of node logistics enterprises, which can provide strong theoretical guidance and practical support for the vertical integration of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in China, maximizing the overall interests of logistics service supply chain and participants, and achieving a balanced and stable cooperative relationship between node logistics enterprises.
