Research On Risk Management Method For Job In Power Transmission And Distribution Corporation

To avoid accidents, improving safety performance is not only the goal of a corporation, but also become eternal theme of the whole society. Power transmission is a country's economic lifeline, work safety the industry is critical, but accidents occurred revealed the implementation fault of safety management in the related jobs. In order to avoide and prevent personal injury and man-made accidents, improve corporations'safety performance, this paper designed risk management plan based on the jobs for the Power Transmission and Distribution industry.The paper bases on risk management theory, designs for power transmission and distribution corporation the risk management programs which includes hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control to improve the safety performance objectives.It establishs the Power Transmission and Distribution risk checklist and risk degree of grading standards, and designs the safety standard operating procedures (SSOP) manuals and risk prevention enforcement card, To achieve comprehensive safety management thinking. The main contents and results are as follows:(1) The paper sets up power transmission and distribution hazard checklist which includes 9 categories and 118 sub- categories through accident taxonomy,the questionnaire and interviews. JHA also selected for study for hazard identification method, the formation of experience-based method and system safety analysis methods are applied of power transmission and distribution risk identification method for the job.(2) Based on the concept of risk, the risk matrix selection method, combined with state regulations, industry standards and the enterprises themselves, setting up the job steps of risk degree of grading standards. And on this basis, the arithmetic mean law is operating through the riskiness of the project grading.
