The Power Supply Enterprise's Safety Management Problem Analysis And Countermeasures

This article is based on the safety management of the grid corporation, first introduces the basic grid corporation security management theory, which focuses on the major work methods of safety management, such as hazard identification, risk assessment theory and etc.Then through the analysis of series of problems and the causes about the current security management, this article proposes the management point of "leading cadres safety accountability", "hazard identification and risk assessment". "Leading cadres safety accountability"emphasis on the implementation of security responsibility in the management level, which further fully reflects the management awareness of "step by step to implement", and focuses on middle-level leaders to establish performance appraisal system, strengthens the implementation of security responsibility on middle-level leaders, which will play a significant effect for the implement and innovation of the rules and regulations on safety management, management requirements, management responsibilities. The core of security management is "risk management", and the rule of "establishment of hazard identification and risk evaluation system" is embodied in the idea of this core management, security management means the hazard identification by certain methods ,and making risk assessment for the certain hazard identification, identifying potential risks systematically, and making the analysis, assessment, early warning of operating capacity in a stage production by the capacity analysis. Through the risk identification of the production operations and the bearing capacity of production operations unit, it can achieve the goal of effective control for the overall risk of production operations.The point of safety management is the implementation of responsibility and the risk control, this article researches from these two parts, hoping to play a positive role for the safety management of the grid corporation.
