Real estate industry promote economic and plays an important role in stabilizing the economy in the economic development of China. In this context of economic development, real estate development company develop rapidly. With an increasingly market competition, more and more standards are used to sort good Real Estate Development Company from bad ones. In addition to product quality, corporate Identity become more important. In this paper, dimensions of the Sales Service Identity of the Real Estate Development Company has been discussed, and the Sales Service Identity of the Real Estate Development Company in Chongqing has been investigated,in order to form effective recommendations for self-image-building of Real Estate Development Company.Learned from previous research results, communicated with the authority of the scholars, interviewed salesman of real estate development company,combined with proposal of experts,the author determined the sales service identity of the real estate development company, namely:the professional image of service, service-friendly image, service space image and service results image, provided the basis for the questionnaire.This study established three levels refer to strength rating of real estate development company in Chongqing, divided it into upper, middle and lower level.A total of 1000 of subject and object from Chongqing served as Sample. On the basis of statistic alynasis, we conclude the results as follows:Firstly,the whole situation of sales service identity of the real estate development company in Chongqing is bad. the overall assessment of the public on service-friendly image is the best while the service space image is the worst.Secondly, sales service identity of the real estate development company in Chongqing of subject is good, the overall assessment of the public to sales identity of the real estate development company in Chongqing is good. Thirdly, ales service identity of the real estate development company in Chongqing of object is bad. There are significant differences in the professional image of service, service-friendly image and service results image.Fourthly, There are significant differences between subject and object of cognition to the Sales Service Identity of the Real Estate Development in Chongqing, evaluation of subject is significantly better than object.The situation shows that the Real Estate Development Company in Chongqing ignoring the Sales Service Identity in the time of sales emphasizing, the Sales Service Identity needs to be improved.
