Corporate Identity System is the accelerator of modern corporation culture construction. It is a new and important issue for domestic corporations that designing a perfect Corporate Identity System, setting up the corporate identity which accord with the situation of China, adapting corporation development and advancing the corporation's competition power. Using the SWOT analysis method to analyze Bader Company, this paper brings the design project of Bader Corporate Identity System that starting with the basic theory of Corporate Identity Systen(?), and discusses the importance of corporate identity to corporation development.Firstly, this paper introduces the basic concept, development history, the developing situation and developing trends of domestic and international Corporate Identity System. And then it analyzes the management situation and existed problem of Bader Company in detail, which identified the strength, weakness, opportunity and threats. By the basic theory of Corporate Identity System, it redesigns the Mind Identity, Behavior Identity and Visual Identity of Bader Company in the precondition that combining the reality of China with the advanced CI experience of developed country such as USA, Japan and etc. By this way, it establishes the specifically Corporate Identity System of Bader Company. Furthermore, it fully discusses the conformity and operation of Bader Company CIS, including the preparation before the CI design putting into practice, operation process of internal and external transmitting. In the end, it analyzes and evaluated the actualizing effect of Bader company CIS through two points of view such as operating costs and operation incomes, and provides some reasonable advices and methods for continual self-perfecting of Bader company, and become the concrete basis for the development of Bader Company to get the core competition power.Though this paper aims at Bader Company, but it will be used as reference to other companies because it has better practicability and maneuverability. Therefore, it has important theoretical significance and practical value.
