With the fast development of IT, network has become the forth media, Net Work Age has already come. Tourism is a densely informational industry depended on information, E-Business and modern information system, which stand for the direction of tourism in future. At the same time, tourism is a government-direct industry. At home and abroad, Destination Marketing Organizations (DMOs) plunge funds, manpower and technique into setting up Destination Marketing System (DMS) and carry on E-marketing in batches or groups.
