Analysis On Opening Issues Of Producer Service Of China

With the development of world economy, the employee number and the GDP proportion of services sector in most countries are increasing. Services sector is taking over the industry, as the main power of the growth of the modern economy. Producer service is an important part of the service sector. As the growth rate of producer services is far higher than the average growth rate of world's economic output in recent years, producer service is becoming the fastest growing service sector, and the real engine of world economy.With the tide of the economic globalization, the opening of producer service is becoming the mainstream of world economy. Trade of producer services is very popular, and so is the movement of production factor of producer services. Opening is bringing energy to most economies, and its promotion to the economy is widely accepted by scholars all over the world.For the development of our national economy, this article studies the issues of producer service opening in China, and analyzes its impact on the total output of the economy. First, using the latest input-output table of national economy, this article defines the study territory of producer services suitable for China's economic structure, and separates parts of services which have a major intermediate demand rate. Second, using integrated index method, this article constructs and calculates the openness index of producer service, which comprise the commodity mobility openness index and factors mobility openness index. These indexes specifies the process, trend and structure of producer service opening in each year, providing a data base for later empirical analysis. Third, makes an empirical analysis of the influence to macro economy. Using SVAR model, this article studies the impact of commodity mobility openness index and production factors mobility openness index to the real GDP, and compares the magnitude and persistence of the impact caused by the two indexes, analyzes the feedback effects of real GDP, and the influence of the two indexes to each other. Last, the article makes several policy recommendations to the opening of producer service.
